The is a 15 – 25 minute Total Body workout. Let’s get into it!


Beginner

Correctly perform as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes.

Intermediate

Correctly perform as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes.

Advanced

Correctly perform as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes
