GET ACTIVE INSTRUCTIONS & MORNING MOTIVATION
It’s Day 7 of your challenge, and we reserve Saturday for family, fun and getting active. You have several options to “Get Active”, but first review the rules and remain committed while enjoying your Saturday.

For this challenge we simply ask you to Get Up, Get Out, and Get Active with family and friends!!

Today we want you to try something new… Pick 1, 2, or 3 of the Yoga poses below and give them a try! If you are brave enough, post your Yoga Pose picture!
