“Fit Fun Friday” Instructions

Day 6 of the #TotalFit Challenge is “Fit Fun Friday”. For your workout you will squat every hour until your legs burn!! Then we have a special prize giveaway for the fun part!

1) SQUAT CHALLENGE

Each hour while you’re awake, you’ll do the number of squats listed below. Yes, at workwhile your brushing your teethat the club… or wherever you are, GET IT DONE!!!

Beginners 10 per hour (every hour you’re awake)
Intermediate 15 per hour (every hour you’re awake)
Advanced 30 per hour (every hour you’re awake)

2) PHOTO CONTEST

While doing today’s challenge have a friend or your partner take a photo of you doing squats and post w/ hastags #TotalFit and #FitFunFriday

These squats are going to hurt, but have some fun with this and get creative! See how many people you can get to join in, find the most creative space. Enjoy the rest of your Friday!
