1) CHALLENGER WORKOUT
I must admit, The TotalFit CHALLENGER WORKOUT is a tough one. All I ask is that you give it a try. If you can’t complete the entire workout, pick a few of the exercises and give them a go!

Advanced: 4 rounds for 60 seconds
|Jump Rope||30-60 seconds|
Now that you’re warm, let’s get into the workout… This is a tough workout, you may want to start with the beginner level. Let’s #ShutUpandTrain!
|Beginners||2 rounds for 30 seconds|
|Intermediate||3 rounds for 45 seconds|
|Advanced||4 rounds for 60 seconds|
1) JUMPING JACKS
2) HIGH KNEES
3) JACK SQUATS
4) CRAWL PUSH UP with TUCK JUMP
5) TAP TAP AND REACH
6) JUMP LUNGES
7) REVERSE LUNGE with FRONT KICK
8) SIDE PLANK with ROTATION
