Today is Day 11 of the #TotalFit Challenge and we are back with another #World Wide Wednesday monster!! The “Runyon Run” interval trainer (filmed at LA’s world famous ‘Runyon Canyon’) will challenge you mentally and physically..

Are You Ready for your #ShutUpAndTrain session!  All I ask is that you give it a try. If you can’t complete the entire workout, pick a few exercises and do as many rounds as you can!

The only workout that you will ever regret is the one that you don’t do. Watch the video and exercise screenshots below. Let’s GO!



Run, Jog or Walk for 90 seconds… then perform the following circuit:


Feel Free to Swap Out the Run for Jump Rope, Row Machine, or Spin Bike



Jog


Beginner 2 rounds of 10 reps
Intermediate 4 rounds of 20 reps
Advanced 6 rounds of 30 reps




1) Jump Squats

2) Push Ups

Pushups



4) Reverse Lunge (1/2 the total reps on each leg)

4) Mountain Climbers

Mountain Climbers





Repeat all exercises for a 2nd round, starting w/ the Run, Jog or Walk.

Remember to drink plenty of water and rehydrate. Also continue eating clean and sticking to the rules.
